A.      Facilities – Welliver – the area east of the AAA field has been leveled and seeded, still need more dirt to fill in one remaining pit by Utility field.  Senior field has been leveled around the infield (lips), still more to do.  Echo upgrades – new cages well on the way, should be finished this week

B.      Concession stand points of contact

                     i.            Overall – Rob and Alicia Santore

                   ii.            Majors – Sabrina Hauck

                 iii.            Senior – Steve Price

                 iv.            Softball – Matt Hickey

C.       Equipment needs – Garvey’s will, they will contact Josh Kelchner (please see him if needed).  Scorebooks are in Majors press box

4.   new business

A.      Raffle tickets will be collected until May 4, please get them to coaches/team moms/Todd Gibson

B.      Social day – bounce houses reserved, working on baskets for raffle, this will be June 1

C.       NFL football ticket raffle – we will do this again this year, tickets will be distributed soon

D.      Washies Officer meeting April 15 to update our Lease holder

E.       Light audit completed on April 11, there are some darker areas in CF and behind 1st and 3rd bases

F.       Opening ceremonies May 4 at 10am, please have teams convene at 930am.  Picture schedule will be out soon.  Games will begin at 11am

G.      Club Softball Tourney on April 28-29, need volunteer help, PLEASE VOLUNTEER – FUN EVENT

H.      All Star Tournaments – all Softball at Echo including sectionals; baseball 9-10s at Majors

I.        Fall Ball – looking for volunteers to run the program for DALL this year

J.        Scorebooks – please keep complete score books, because these are collected each year prior to all stars to be evaluated

5.   good of the order

A.      Uniforms for re-allocated teams and Selinsgrove kids – board will pay $30/kid

6.   breakout sessions – 717pm
