         I.            CALL TO ORDER: 701 pm

       II.            ROLE CALL:  Kelly Beltz, Matt Hickey, Dave Bulbin, Jim Ulrich, Brandon Koser, Randy Fry, Craig Welliver, Rhett Merchant, Josh Larson, Josh Kelchner, Tom Cicarelli, Frank, Hoffmans, Megan Shalongo, Nicolas Mead, Terry Fronk, Zoe Smith

      III.            APPROVAL OF LAST MEETING MINUTES: Jan 17th 2021  Motion: Brandon Koser  2nd: Matt Hickey

     IV.            FINANCIAL REVIEW (RHETT):  See Attachments – As of last week no additional sponsorship money was received.


     VI.            OLD BUSINESS

                        i.      Equipment Collection – If anyone has outstanding equipment please be sure to let us know so we can receive everything back

1.       New equipment if getting

a.       Must follow little league rules

b.       Bats

           i.      USA baseball

           ii.      1.20 BPF for softball

           iii.      Seniors – BBCOR -3 if new to league

c.        Minor divisions required to have facemask – baseball and all of softball

d.       Uniforms – typically take 3 weeks to be ready so start now

             i.      Uniforms required prior to picture day. Opening Day April 24th.

             ii.      Must collect money from parents and pay up front

             ii.      Lights update – Musco

1.       Installation planning – Plan is to move forward with the light project.  Grant rec’d to help cover the costs.

2.       Go fund me page for lights project

a.       Still need more fundraising opportunities

3.       Potential loan for lights – based on grant we need to proceed with project and will secure a loan.  Plan to raise funds thru fundraiser to pay the loan off timely.   Goal is to get started on the project later this year and anticipate after the season is complete.



A.       Rosters coming out this week -

B.       Dicks Sporting Good 20% off March 5th-8th

C.       Dunhams 20% off March 12th-14th and every other week until end of April

D.      Restaurant Promotion - TBD

E.       Cleanup day planned for Saturday April 10th

F.       Opening Day is April 24th


  VIII.            NEW BUSINESS

                        i.      Indoor practice planning – Rosters out this coming week

1.       Senior and Majors are fairly set

2.       AAA should occur this week

                        ii.      Coach pitch and T-ball rostering will occur toward end of March.

1.       Need sponsors for t-ball teams if anyone is interested

                         iii.      Interleague play – Will make decision and let everyone know following district meeting

                         iv.      Volunteer Needed for the upcoming season

1.       Assistant Coaches and Team Moms

2.       Concession management

a.       Need volunteers for running concessions in all divisions along with someone to help with coordination of all.

3.       NCSA cancelled due to COVID

4.       Umpire Clinic end of March in Danville – TBD – League is looking for umpires for the season.

5.       Danville will be hosting 9-10-11 District 13 All-Stars – TBD- league will need volunteers

                              v.      Raffle Collection – April 10th

1.       yellow tickets available for sale if you need more

                               vi.      District Meeting – Planned for March 7th

                                vii.      Umpire training – Planned for end of March/Early April

1.       Will need 10-15 volunteers
