I. Call to order: 7:06 pm
II. Role call: Kelly Beltz, Ashley Foust, Nick Mead, Rhett Merchant, Cory Templin, Jesse Hoffman, Eric St Clair, Randy Fry, Matt Hickey, Brandon Koser, Todd Yeager, Yvonne Tanner attachment for additional attendees.
III. Approval of last meeting minutes

IV. Financial Review – see attachments
V. Old Business
a. Tryouts and drafting is complete for all drafting divisions
b. Coach pitch, T-ball, minor softball teams in the next few weeks
c. Need one additional coach for T-ball
VI. New business
a. Responsibilities of Managers/coaches
i. Meeting attendance
ii. Background checks
iii. Workday attendance
iv. Safety training
v. Player/fan conduct
vi. Games and practices
vii. Taking care of and returning equipment and respecting field structures.
viii. Obtaining uniforms
ix. Fundraising events – includes concession stand
b. Safety training 2/28 @ 5:30 Geisinger Woodbine (ortho conference room)
c. Cash Raffle Tickets
i. Due April 1 from 1-3 at Major Division Baseball field (also water and Gatorade donations)
ii. Green – has already been paid for
iii. Yellow – return stub with money
d. Quaker Steak & Lube fundraiser
i. 3/3 & 3/10
ii. 20% of your food purchases will benefit Danville Area Little League
e. Penguin’s promotion 4/1
f. Umpire’s clinic March 25 at Bloomsburg High School. Cost is $15
i. Certified umpires will earn $5 more a game
g. Cleanup week 4/2 – 4/8 at both complexes
i. Look for a list form your commissioners
ii. Cleanup day Saturday 4/8
h. Opening Ceremonies and picture day 4/22
i. Social Day 6/3 – need volunteers
